A tough pill to swallow…

Medical advances amaze me. There are lazers that do surgery through teeny tiny holes. Doctors can see inside our bodies without opening them up.

But why, dear God, is an antibiotic still nearly the size of my foot? I’m not convinced there isn’t a way to make them any smaller.

I was taught as a small child not to put non-food things (such as coins) in my mouth because I might swallow them and choke and die.

I have the same fear taking augmentin.
